02 / Keep your energy up

A small snack.
A longer adventure.

Every swing uses energy. Let it run too low and movement becomes harder, leaving you more likely to fall or get caught.

Catch flies: Tap flies along your route to restore energy and earn XP. They usually appear in groups of around 3–7.
Recover naturally: Your spider restores energy over time. Plan your swings around the energy you have.
Improve your recovery: Upgrade Restoration Rate, or choose a spider or accessory with a special recovery benefit.

03 / The chase is on

Hear the mower?
Keep swinging.

The lawnmower starts closing in after your run begins, then gets faster as time passes.

When it draws near, your spider looks frightened or starts to tremble. Read the warning, find your next grass tip, and keep your escape moving.

Watch your footing

Stay off the ground.

Falling to the bottom of the scene ends the run.

Keep your lead

Outrun the mower.

Your run also ends if the pursuing lawnmower catches you.

King Spider can revive once per run after a fall.

Distance is measured in inches. Travel farther, catch flies, and collect rewards to gain XP. Each level brings attribute points for your next build.

05 / Build your own balance

A stronger swing.
A smarter build.

Spend your upgrade points across five attributes. Reset and reallocate them whenever you want to try a different approach.

Find your balance. A stronger swing helps you move faster, but can also drain more energy. Pair speed with recovery that suits your rhythm.

Auto Target: Enlarges the effective target area, making grass tips and flies easier to connect with.
Swing Power: Increases swinging speed and forward drive, with potentially greater energy use.
Maximum Energy: Raises the amount of energy your spider can store.
Restoration Rate: Speeds up your spider's natural energy recovery.
Fly Energy Boost: Increases the energy restored by each fly you catch.
